How to resolve 'Access Denied' in error

If you are a student and you believe that your access to a simulator has been denied by mistake, please contact your instructor and invite them to visit this page.

If access to a collection of simulators has been denied in error, the instructor can easily rectify the student's authorization.

To do this:

  1. Head to the Students page in SENAR Studio.
  2. Select 'Denied' from the status filter.
  3. In the list of denied users, click the green check mark in the row listing the affected student.
