# Tokens & QR Codes

To launch a training session that will produce assessment reports, students must scan the QR Code provided by an active SENAR user (Instructor or Manager). This code provides access to all simulators in a defined collection.

When a QR code is scanned into the SENAR application:

* The student can install the simulators of the collection on their device (provided that the instructor grants them access).
* Each simulator of the collection can be used for up to 5 hours over a 12-month period.
* A token is debited from the client’s account collection.

Users (Instructors and Managers) can download their QR Codes - one per collection in SENAR Studio in the "**My Profile**" section.

Details regarding the tokens used can be tracked in the "**Tokens**" section.
