# Fair Use Policy

Our Fair Use policy aims to prevent unauthorized use of the simulators, such as installing a simulator on multiple shared devices using the same account.

The rules below apply per user and per simulator:

1. A simulator can be used for 365 days after scanning a QR code.
2. A simulator can be used for a duration of 5 hours.
3. A user account can only be active on one device at a time.

When one of these limitations is exceeded, users will get an alert on their device.
