How to resolve 'Access Denied' in error
If you are a student and you believe that your access to a simulator has been denied by mistake, please contact your instructor and invite them to visit this page.
If access to a collection of simulators has been denied in error, the instructor can easily rectify the student's authorization.
To do this:
- Head to the "Approvals" page in SENAR Studio.
- Select 'Denied' from the status filter.
- In the list of denied users, click the green check mark in the row listing the affected student.
