# Comment accorder un accès refusé par erreur

Vous êtes étudiant et vous pensez que l'accès à un simulateur vous a été refusé par erreur ? Contactez votre instructeur et invitez-le à consulter cette page.

Si l'accès à une collection de simulateurs a été refusé par erreur, l'instructeur peut facilement rectifier l'autorisation du stagiaire.

Pour cela :

1. Accédez à la page **Approbations** dans SENAR Studio.
2. Sélectionnez "**Refusé**" dans le filtre de statut.
3. Dans la liste des utilisateurs refusés, cliquez la coche verte sur la ligne de l'étudiant concerné.
